  2. Former Owners and Lessees: Individuals or entities who previously owned and/or leased Subject Vehicles distributed for sale or lease in the United States or its territories. This subgroup comprises those who sold or returned the Subject Vehicles after February 9, 2016, and before November 10, 2021.

It’s crucial to note that the Volkswagen/Audi Settlement specifically excludes claims for personal injury or property damage beyond the Subject Vehicles.
